The governors, staff and children are looking to appoint a committed professional to join our happy,

A childcare qualification at Level 3 is highly desirable and experience of working with SEND children
would be an advantage.

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children
- Excellent classroom practise

- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team
- A positive approach to behaviour management
- Knowledge of SEND best practice in mainstream schools
- Ability to support and deliver small group and individual interventions
