Commercial Claims Communication Executive

With this in mind, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Communication Executive on a **12 month FTC** to a create modern, engaging and transparent comms plan by identifying the most suitable comms solutions to positively influence the working culture and enhance our employee experience.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- You'll work closely Commercial Claims stakeholders, AXA Brand, Corporate Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing and internal comms to create a comms plan for commercial claims.
- Support and lead communications to explain, engage and showcase business successes to create a unified team and culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
- Promote and encourage the use of all communication channels available to our people
- Share with the Leadership Team monthly engagement trends, interaction, and views
- Supports the Operational Teams with advice and solutions
- Creates a flow of good news stories, business successes and challenges
- Proactively measure and report on the effectiveness of Internal Communications.
**Qualifications**:**
Skills and Experience **This role will be driven by you and there is an expectation for you to work independently and source solutions for the Commercial Claims comms plan. Listening to the voice of our people, leaders and stakeholders will give you a great understanding of what and how we can achieve our goals.
- A firm understanding in comms delivery across a wide range of communication channels such as E Mail, Vlogs, News Stories, SharePoint, Yammer, Posters, Plasma’s, etc
- Digitally Savvy with experience, in excel, image and content creation, and can analyse data.
- Data analyses experience and ability to identify trends
- Enthusiasm and a can do approach
- Confident and fluid communication skills, with an evident ability to explain complex concepts clearly, identify and articulate key actions
- Strong stakeholder relationship building both internally and external. Pushing yourself to form relationships where required for success.
- Effective networking and presentation skills
- Planning and organisational skills with experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure
