What options do you have as an ECT / NQT supply teacher?
- Permanent roles - your experienced consultant will actively work with schools on your behalf to discuss your skills/ experience and secure you interviews
- Long term roles and induction - you will be expected to plan, mark and contribute to school life. We will negotiate with the school for it to be counted towards your induction years (minimum of one term). You can complete your induction in different schoolswhich can enhance your CV by gaining valuable experience and demonstrate your adaptability to future employers
- Regular daily and short term supply in a range of different schools - no planning, no marking Simply arrive at school by the given time, cover lessons as directed by the Cover Manager and then leave at the end of the day
