Carpenter/multi Trader

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Housing Association to recruit Carpenter \ Multi Trade Operatives for permanent roles - undertaking works across the North-West, West, and Central areas of Kent.

**The Role**:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

**Duties**:

- Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave
- Kitchen Refurbishment Works
- 2nd Fix Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
- Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
- Patch Plastering
- Snagging Works
- Logging works via PDA
- Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

**Company Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: £33,000 - £38,000

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- 40 Hours Per Week
