T**he project requirements for the Interim Capacity Planning Manager will include**:

- Create our Supply & Demand capacity planning model, using the strategic macro plan and translating it to an operational plan
- Creation of a governance framework around adjustments and changes to plans in a documented process that can be maintained long term
- Benchmark, test and adjust process for future proofing
- Regularly communicate plans and forecasts to internal stakeholders and review plans to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Create Operational modelling to govern incoming goods to shelf, phased across Warehouse zones

**Project Outcome requirements for the Interim Capacity Planning Manager**:

- Embed Supply & Demand capacity model that can be used long term, identifying capacity constraints, and providing analysis where needed
- The Supply & Demand Capacity Model must anticipate demand fluctuations and project Supply & Demand imbalance
- Ensure that effective data, statistical analysis and performance metrics are available to internal stakeholders
- Ensure cross functional activities are coordinated to reconcile variances from original plans and a view of actual against forecast projections can be maintained
- Handover at close to operational teams

**Requirements to be our Interim Capacity Planning Manager**:

- Understand how to create a supply and demand model in a relevant industry e.g FMCG/Distribution/Warehouse/Production environments
- Understand data modelling with the ability to analyse, interpret and manage information, data and trends
- Experience of stakeholder management at a senior level
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward way
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercial and financial awareness, with a full understanding of the impact of failure to business costs, sales targets and fulfilment of customer orders
- Highly developed numeracy, statistical and reporting skills
- Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
- Ability to motivate others to deliver

**Pay**:
Salary or Day Rate negotiable depending on experience
