You must be a highly creative individual that is able to execute deadlines whilst working on a number of projects at one time, creating engaging concepts and ideas for the design and execution of visual and communication assets across multichannel projects and campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is naturally creative and willing to think outside the box for the creation of exciting marketing campaigns. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves**.**

Typical responsibilities of the job include:
**Day-to-Day Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to have a clear understanding and interpretation of creative briefs
- Create highly creative and engaging concepts and ideas for the design and execution of visual and communication assets across digital platforms and print.
- Experience developing website designs ( Adobe XD or Figma) /wire frames is advantageous
- Create compelling marketing materials for both print and digital, for example brochures, flyers, website and social medial content
- Develop social media materials and digital video animations to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ability to prepare files for print with a high attention to detail

**Skills & Competencies**
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative suite ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
- Knowledge of content management systems for website updates
- Familiarity with web design software such as XD, Figma, and After Effects
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Quick to adapt
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to generate new & innovative ideas
- Open to learning new skills & the use of new software

**Qualifications & Training**

**Essential**
- Relevant degree level qualification in Graphic Design
- At least two - three years of design experience.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and best practices

**Desirable**
- Experience editing and producing video content
