YMCA North Staffordshire are a local charity who supports young people and families offering meaningful accommodation, campus community, and health and wellbeing services to make a difference in their lives.

An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Families department. The primary purpose of your role will be to facilitate the delivery of the CAFCASS programme; Planning Together for Children, to engage with and support separated parents with their understanding of good co-parenting, putting children’s needs first and improving communication with their co-parent.

The role will require you to deliver the programme to a high standard, primarily on Zoom, MS Teams or face to face when required, carry out administrative tasks associated with the delivery of the programme and engage in training and the implementation of new practice.
