**About us**

Age UK is a large business in Bedale, DL8 1EQ. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Raise money to help the elderly.

At Ageuk we offer a range of volunteering roles that include Customer service, Merchandising, Processing of stock to make it shop ready in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

If you can spare a few hours a week you will be able to help raise funds for a charity dedicated to helping those in later life.

We provide training in all aspects of your specific role to expand your experience and develope confidence. A member of our helpful staff will be present throughout your time in store to support and work along side.

We have no experience or educational requirements any one can contribute to our fantastic cause.

We are open Monday to Saturday between 9am until 5pm and Sunday 10am until 4pm, as a volunteer you can be in control of what time you provide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stand for long periods of time.
- Deal with customers politely.
- Perform clerical tasks accurately.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.

- Bedale, DL8 1EQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
