FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST BE A DRIVER AND LIVE IN THE UK WITH A RIGHT TO WORK STATUS

This role is 60/40 office based and community based.

The applicant MUST be computer literate and can manage rotas, schedules, and have experience in managing a team. They will be the point of call for all supervisors and care staff in the community and complete regular supervisions on their allocated teams.

They will report directly to the Registered Manager and must have all decisions authorised until the Registered Manager says otherwise.

In the absence of the Manager then authorisation is to be sought of the Managing Director.

You will have full training and support within this role from the senior management team, we are all for development and progression.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
