**Duties include (but are not limited to)**:

- Meeting and greeting clients, dealing with their query, or assisting them to find someone who can, whilst making them feel welcome and offering refreshments.**:

- Ensuring the office is running smoothly by managing supplies, re-stocking all stationery and branding supplies, printing brochures for Sales and Lettings viewings, keeping the office clear of clutter and presentable for clients at all times.**:

- Ensure that all office equipment is maintained, arranging, and checking that all repairs are completed in a timely manner.**:

- Key management, updating records when adding or removing keys, handling and arranging keys for completions.**:

- Providing administrational support to the whole office.**:

- Managing incoming mail and deliveries.**:

- Supporting the team to meet Health and Safety Requirements.**:

- Supporting the team with marketing including social media.
- Providing administrational support to the Company Director.
- Supporting to the team to keep and maintain accurate records and client data in line with GDPR.
- Housekeeping, ensuring the office is always kept clean and tidy and presented to the highest standards.**:

- Office diary management, booking and confirming appointments, following up appointments, monitoring to ensure we are managing our time effectively whilst meeting client needs.**:

- Although the role is office based you may be required to travel to and from the office to run errands, cover property viewings, attend training or meetings etc.**

**Working as part of the Support Team you will work with, report to, and be supported by our 2 Senior Administrators within the business. Their skills and wealth of experience and expertise will give you a huge advantage when completing your apprenticeship, and also provide you with an excellent skills bank with which to launch your career in Business Administration. In addition to this you will have quarterly 1:2:1’s with management to ensure you are receiving the training and support you need to thrive in your role.**

**GCSE Maths grade C/7 or above (or equivalent).**

**GCSE English grade C/7 or above (or equivalent).**

**Driving license and use of a car are essential. (We will potentially consider those currently working towards their license with use of a car).**

The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work an average of 39.5 hours a week, spread over 4 days including every other Saturday.

**Salary**: £12,324.00-£15,100.00 per year
