**HR Advisor - Maldon**

Adecco Chelmsford are currently recruiting an HR Advisor for one of our friendly and well-established clients based in Maldon. Reporting to the HR Manager, as HR Advisor you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department. Our client is lookingfor a passionate, people-focused individual who has previous experience in a similar position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for security within a professional and industry-leading company.

**Responsibilities -**
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Ensuring all HR matters are in line with employment laws & company procedures
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions, internal comms and official HR documentation
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters
- Issuing, updating and maintaining offer letters, employment contracts and all over of HR related documents
- Assisting departments with payroll set-up
- Provide advice on employment and management-related issues

**Requirements -**
- Experience working within a similar role
- CIPD level 5 + qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good computer and system skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Type: Permanent**

**Location: Maldon**

**Hours: Monday
- Friday 8:30am-5:30pm**

**Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)**
