A key client of ours are currently seeking a Site Agent to work on a new build residential scheme located in Harrogate, to be responsible for the civils packages on site. Experience of plot works/housing infrastructure and 278/38 works is essential. Must have an eye for detail and a good knowledge of quality and civil engineering. Degree qualified would be desirable, however not essential. This is a 12 month contract, with the potential to extend depending on work demand and is set to start ASAP.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of subcontractors
- Quality Assurance
- Regular Reports
- Site Inspections
- Monitoring Activity
- H&S/RAMS
- Client Liaison
- Design/Drawing Management

**Requirements**:

- A Valid SMSTS
- A Valid CSCS
- A Valid First Aid
- Experience of dealing with civils packages on residential developments, as well as s278 works
- Engineering/Civils background (Degree qualified desirable)
