7.5nne Driver

Blue Recruitment Personnel are currently recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Drivers to work for one of our clients in Hull.
In this role, you will be working most of the time alone with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.
The role involves driving 7.5 Tonne Vehicles to complete the customer deliveries to various sites, private addresses and new developments.

**Duties**:
Following health and safety guidelines
Daily vehicle safety checks
Compliance with legislation - drivers hours, highway regulations
Checking vehicle loads are secure
Delivering builders materials and other products to the local areas
Provide customers with the highest level of service
Reporting of any defects of the vehicle immediately to the management team
Liaising with the trade sales team/transport supervisor with regards to shortages or customer queries

**Requirements**:
Full UK driving licence ( Category C1 ) with no more than 6 points
Up-to-date CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Previous experience completing deliveries
Excellent organisational skills
Good communications skills and attention to detail
Reliability and flexibility
Self-motivated
No major traffic offences - No DR, DD or NI codes accepted

**Working Hours**:
Monday Friday
Start times vary between 06:00 and 08:00 AM

**PPE Required**:
Hard Hat with a chin strap
Safety Boots
Hi-Vis Vest
Rates of Pay are all-inclusive of holiday entitlement unless otherwise requested.
