Due to recent and ongoing expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant - Finance.
**Role Objective**:
Reporting to the Sales Ledger and Credit Control Manager, this role is to manage invoice queries from our customers
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve sales ledger invoice queries including value discrepancies, late deliveries, shortages, damages etc.
- Polite and efficient handling of all customer queries and complaints
- Keep up to date with all incoming queries, monitoring them in a timely and organised manner
- Making and receiving telephone calls from customers
- Assisting customers navigate their Document Manager System
- Review credit notes received daily to resolve queries.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to analyse problems, and to develop a clear understanding of issues so relevant information can be gathered to make informed decisions
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Educational Qualifications**:
Minimum academic level : No minimum required
