The company are looking for someone who has already begun their journey in Financial Services, achieved their Level 4 Diploma and looking to advance their career.

Perhaps you are a newly qualified advisor in search of a firm where you can develop and expand your knowledge, or a diploma qualified paraplanner ready to take the next step in your career.

This company is an independent financial advisory firm that is directly authorised and based in Tamworth.

**The Role**:

- Initially shadowing the Financial Adviser and assisting in servicing existing clients
- Attending client meetings and be involved in providing the best financial advice
- Taking over the ongoing servicing of those clients as things progress
- Once established, sourcing new business and growing the existing client bank where appropriate
- All Administration and Paraplanning support will be provided

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Level 4 diploma qualification in financial services achieved
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Confident communication skills and comfortable dealing with clients, providers and management
- Absolute commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times

**The Benefits**:

- Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
