**The job opportunity**

We are now looking for a Transport Administrator to join the friendly team at our Bristol branch.

**What does the job involve?**
- **Coordination**: Assisting in coordinating transportation schedules, routes, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods or services.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining and organising transportation-related documents, such as invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and transportation logs.
- **Communication**: Liaising with drivers, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders to relay information, provide updates, and address any transportation-related issues.
- **Data Entry**: Entering relevant data into transportation management systems or databases, such as trip details, vehicle information, fuel consumption, or maintenance records.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhering to transportation regulations and safety standards, and assisting in monitoring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolving transportation-related problems or issues, such as delays, route changes, or vehicle breakdowns, by coordinating with relevant parties and finding suitable solutions.

What is it **essential** for you to have?
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Committed to learn and progress within the branch

- Effective and efficient in multitasking
- Conversant in IT, Microsoft Office and project-based software
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

What is **desirable**, but not essential?
- Familiarity with the coordination of routes/vehicles
- Experienced in the field of Plant & Fleet, or Logistics & Freight in an Administrative capacity
- Experience and knowledge of the Flooring sector

**Working pattern**
- Monday - Friday
- 2-weekly rotation (with a 1-hour unpaid break every day):

- 10.30am - 19.30pm - for two weeks - 40 hours then
- 06.00am - 15.00pm - for two weeks - 40 hours
- Full time
- Permanent
