ICS Law, are a Lexcel accredited firm, we have long and successful history of providing a quality service to clients. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our conveyancing department based in Jarrow. Your experience must be in English/Welsh law.

The position is to undertake Residential Conveyancing, working in a busy department.

Applicants should have experience relating to the sale and purchase of residential property, from opening the file though to completion and onto post completion work.

You must have the ability to multi task and prioritise your workload.

Experience of handling a small caseload would also be an advantage, though not essential.

The salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

For Post Completion work you should ideally have 1 years experience in drafting and submitting AP1's to the land registry, dealing with Requisitions, providing updates to clients and lenders.**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
