**Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (£30,000 OTE)**

**The Role**:
This **Lettings Manager** role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 (£30,000 OTE), and the opportunity to manage and lead all sales channels for their client. Including **Estate Agency, Financial Services**. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager or Area Manager.

As part of your role as Lettings Manager you will be responsible to coach, train and develop a team to improve and drive performance, achieving results through people by maximizing the potential in lettings and property management within your branch. Toensure increase in market share for **Estate Agency and Financial Services** year on year.

**Branch Lettings Manager Responsibilities include**:

- Manage and lead all sales channels.
- Help to train and coach branch members.
- Maximising potential through branch members to achieve house sales and financial services.
- Developing corporate plan objectives for all sales areas.
- Assisting with increase in market share for Estate Agency and Financial Services.

I am very keen to speak to anyone who has an excellent track record in **sales and lead generation**. **Previous sales and line management experience is an advantage**. Knowledge on all Acts relating to **Housing Industry** and Ombudsman Code of Practise would also be beneficial.
