Flat Roofing Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage a team of roofers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and other relevant metrics

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
