**Summary of Role**

The Inventory Systems Coordinator is primarily responsible for recording the status of all rental inventory and ensuring that records are accurate and complete. The role is responsible for setting up new equipment descriptions and codes as well as ensuringall kits, substitutions and auto pick lists are set up correctly. The role will also involve working with our software suppliers to enhance the performance of the database, as well as others in the MBSE teams to ensure the data is modified, accessible andable to be interpreted for a variety of business functions.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned from time to time of which you will be advised accordingly:
**Key Areas of Focus**

Ensure all MBSE rental assets are barcoded and accurately inputted with complete and correct information into the Rental Tracking System.
- Work with the Purchasing team to ensure that all purchases are correctly recorded in RT pro against rental assets, with appropriate data entered on creation of product codes for new items.
- Play a supporting role in organising stock takes and cycle counts including liaising with our Auditors.
- Work with the Inventory Manager, Equipment Control Manager and sales teams to create auto pick lists that would benefit the ordering and picking process.
- Rectify all legacy issues such as naming conventions, phantom barcodes and incorrectly listed stock.
- Improve the asset database by including weights, photographs, and all other information, either individually or by leading a managed process to ensure an accurate and detailed inventory.
- Improve the asset database by completing standard kit lists and auto pulls/substitutions.
- Improve the inventory database by completing projects such as user rights and security levels.
- Be a proactive part of the team that evaluates the repairs and retirement process to ensure accuracy and efficiency with dealing with out of commission stock to the benefit of the company.
- Verify and incorporate new MBSE acquisitions inventory into the existing database and provide support for the Quality Control team during that process.
- Work proactively with RT pro to enhance the product for business use.
- Aid colleagues in the use of RT Pro becoming a superuser. Being proactive in assisting in training and delegation of responsibilities to competent persons in the business.
- Provide support to the operational teams across all MBSE sites to proactively shut down transfer jobs through the distribution of the relevant reports.
- Provide support to Operational teams with detailed analysis and reporting on specified processes.
- Provide support to Operational teams with analysis and reports on equipment utilisation, across all MBSE sites.
- Once trained and signed off to play a part in the processing of equipment/production transfers and backdated check outs.
- Provide remote inventory systems support to all MBSE locations giving training both remotely or in person.
