**Overview**:
One of South Wales most recognisable, and most desirable companies to work for is on the look out for an experienced Demand Planner to join their wider planning team of 8. You will be supporting the Demand Planning Manager on the end to end demand and forecastingprocess for the business. **What You'll Be Doing**:

- Responsible for maintaining the monthly Demand Planning process - Develops demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation
- Responsible for maintaining the Demand Planning system:

- Providing statistical planning projections using Excel andPower BI tools.
- Maintains NPI, PLC, promotional initiative plans and assumptions
- Models all alternative demand scenarios
- Responsible for weekly Forecast Error root causing analysis process
- Responsible for leading improvement initiatives to advance forecast accuracy
- Responsible for preparing input, analysis & facilitating the monthly Demand Review
- Responsible for analysing all key customer/product/segment trends

This role would suit a recent Graduate with a Business related or Supply Chain degree who is looking to kickstart their career in Supply Chain, with one of South Wales's top employers. Alongside your degree, having an analytical eye for detail, and competencyof using Excel to create formulas, Vlookups/pivot tables etc would be advantageous.
