**An Overview**

To play a key role in maintaining sales ledger and general accounting duties within the company. In your role, you will engage with customers to ensure timely payments, address queries, and perform essential daily administration duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage sales ledger accounts.
- Credit control.
- Communicate with customers and address inquiries.
- Perform daily administration duties. Requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct credit checks on new customers and make recommendations on credit limits
- Organizational skills.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate actions to minimize overdue payments
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Previous office administration and credit control is essential.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial services and credit control principles
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer creditworthiness
- Familiarity with accounting software (sage) is preferred
