The Role
- Managing and maintaining our stores and yard division.
- Tracking all goods in and out, book and register deliveries to stores.
- Obtaining quotes and ordering materials and plant required for sites.
- Transporting and collecting materials from sites to return to stores and arrange returns to suppliers.
- Carry out regular stocktake to ensure sufficient levels of material available.
- Carry out administration duties using Cypher software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain best prices and delivery options.
- Handle all purchasing, delivery and returns paperwork and record on relevant trackers.
- Monitor company vehicle checks, maintenance and mileage data.

What you need
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Driving license essential.
- Forklift truck licence preferable but training also provided.
- Friendly, personably and highly motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to communicate and work well under time pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
