**The purpose of the role is to**
- Work as part of the HSEQ Team, assisting with implementing the strategic HSEQ plan and lead Quality Management within the business
- Support Space Engineering Services by providing advice and guidance to managers and supervisors across the business on Health Safety Environment and Quality issues, ensuring the business is legally compliant with all HSEQ legislation and approved practices.
- Assist with the implementation of HSEQ improvements to drive continual improvement and increase behavioural safety standards that will establish Space Engineering Services as industry leaders.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Deliver monthly reports to the HSEQ Manager on progress of agreed targets and objectives
- Provide practical competent advice to the workforce, supervisors and managers on HSEQ matters
- Carry out high quality Accident Investigation reports and support Line Mangers with any accident/Incident Investigations
- Support the HSEQ Team in respect to external accreditations including 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Complete internal and subcontractor audits, and set actions to address the root cause of any findings in relation to audits and investigations
- Complete site inspections and site visits as appropriate
- Deliver both internal and external training courses including IOSH Managing Safely and Safety Passport Alliance
- Participate and facilitate in communication and consultation activities
- Represent Space Engineering Services at client and industry forums
- Manage your day-to-day diary and workload
- Hold regular meeting with managers and supervisors to drive HSEQ improvement

**We’d love to meet someone with**
- A minimum of Grad IOSH or comparable demonstrable experience
- An IEMA Foundation Certificate or comparable demonstrable experience
- Internal Auditor Training or comparable demonstrable experience
- Experience with MS Office and similar systems i.e. SharePoint
- A full driving licence
