**Our Organisation**
- Hampshire FA is the governing body for football in Hampshire, committed to developing the game at all levels. In line with The Football Association's National Game Strategy, Hampshire FA has produced a four-year plan aimed at providing everyone with the opportunity to participate in football for life.
- It is our objective to use the power of football to build a better future and as with all county FA's, our goal is to work towards The FA's National Game Strategy.

**The Role**
- You will coordinate and oversee all marketing, communications & partner activations associated with the Hampshire FA academy, and liaise directly with academy coaches on the marketing and communication needs of the academy.

**Key Accountabilities**
- You will support the Marketing, PR & Communications strategy with a specific focus on the Hampshire FA academy.
- You will liaise directly with the academy coaching staff and gather information and updates on upcoming academy matches and team information.
- Edit and produce graphics as and when required in support of the promotion of the Hampshire FA academy
- Support and coordinate partner activations for the academy.

**What we are looking for**
- Essential
- Ability to work strategically with the MC&PRO BDL to deliver partner activations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of social media channels including content scheduling, social media trends, use of analytics tools.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of inclusion, equality, anti-discrimination, and safeguarding.
- Desirable
- The ability to use the website content management system, e-marketing platforms (Mailchimp).
- Ability to create / edit graphics templates using Canva.
- Ability to take professional photos a bonus, but not essential.
- Knowledge of the structure and partner organisations within football, nationally and within the County FA locality.
