Resourcing Group is working with a Maintenance Contractor based in Devon. The organisation specialise in carrying out domestic repairs, operating in both occupied and void homes, specifically owned by public sector landlords.

The contract will involve carrying out refurbishment including bathroom rip outs and upgrades on occasion, but mainly day to day responsive repairs, working in people's homes.

This is an immediate start. All based in the East Devon areas which includes Exmouth, Axminster, Honiton, Sidmouth and Clyst St Mary.

The role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, starting as soon as possible and offers a company van, fuel card and the peace of mind of secure employment with a large well known and established organisatoin.

**Skills preferred include**:

- Plumbing including fault finding, repairs and maintenance
- Very basic Carpentry
- Patch repair on occasion

**Essential**:

- NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing
- Full UK Driving License
- Asbestos awareness - we can arrange for this to be re done if yours has expired or you do not have one
