**WE ARE HIRING**

At Milestone, we have an exciting opportunity for a Group SHEQ Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.
- **Job Title**: SHEQ Coordinator/Advisor
- **Job Location**: Milestone House, Pontefract

The role will consist of between 30-40 hours per week, hours must be flexible due to site visit requirements. Flexible hours include a requirement for night working.

**What will the job involve?**
- Conducting regular Site Audits on live sites, ensuring company and legal statutory standards are met.
- Completing audit reports and communicating any actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Champion our Health and Safety system throughout the business.
- Support site staff with inductions, compliance and risk assessments where required.
- Conduct and submit RAMs within appropriate timescales.
- Working alongside the compliance department to maintain assets and associated processes.
- Liaise with external bodies and stakeholders where relevant.
- To work and develop under the supervision of the SHEQ Manager.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Must have a valid driving license and means of travelling to sites nationwide
- Experience dealing with Health and Safety audits
- Construction industry experience desirable
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to a deadline.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work within deadlines and manage your own workload.
