Apprentice Care Assistant

Embark on an exciting journey as a Care Assistant Apprentice with a 15-month Fixed-Term Contract, offering 30 hours per week. This role is perfect for those aged 16 and over, you'll play a key role in providing personalised care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence in personal care, meal times, and engaging activities. Be a friendly and supportive presence, offering a listening ear to those who need it.

Don't worry if you have no prior care experience - we've got you covered Comprehensive training and development opportunities will be provided, whether you're interested in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities. On-the-job apprenticeship training in, setting you up for success. You will complete a L2 Adult Care Worker diploma apprenticeship

Victoria Court in Ilkeston is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 40 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
