Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Horticultural Worker to join our team. As a Horticultural Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to plant care and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of horticulture practices and the ability to work with both hand tools and power tools.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the cultivation and maintenance of plants, flowers, and trees
- Laying out and managing Nursery stock
- Operate and maintain equipment used in horticultural activities
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Conduct regular inspections of plants for signs of disease or pests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in horticulture or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in horticultural work
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
