**Photographer and Floor Planner**

**About Us**

We are a leading property marketing company specialising in providing high-quality visual marketing solutions for properties. From professional photography and videography to floor plans and virtual tours, we showcase properties in their best light and help our clients attract potential buyers.

A 6mth role initially, with the potential to become permanent after 6mths.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct on-site visits to various properties to capture high-quality images that highlight their unique features and appeal.
- Produce accurate floor plans using specialised software and equipment.
- Ensure that all images and floor plans meet our company's quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the studio and booking team to understand client needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organised schedule and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and appointments.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in photography techniques and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in the property industry.
- Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and framing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in producing floor plans is preferred, but not required and training will be provided.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary dependant on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
