**Title: Group Reporting Manager**

**Salary: £75K - £85K + Bonus**

One of the UK's most prestigious property companies with a portfolio consisting of office, commercial, residential, retail and F&B is looking to onboard a Group Accounting Manager.

The business has seen phenomenal growth over the last few years and is responsible for the development of some of the most well-known destinations across London. The business is well backed by a global investment manager with continued plans to expand thebusiness's property portfolio.

As the Group Accounting Manager you would be responsible for the financial and management reporting for the business's JV development projects, giving you great exposure to c-suite executives and investment partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of managements accounts using the Yardi accounting system for each of the various Joint Venture entities, including mini consolidations where necessary, in accordance with the requirements of the joint venture agreements.
- Preparation of analysis schedules for presentation to various stakeholders to communicate understanding of the financial results.
- Comparison of actual vs budget for the Joint Venture entities together with commentary.
- General assistance with the introduction of new processes, spreadsheets and systems following the introduction of the Yardi accounting system.
- Qualified accountant with at least 2 years PQE
- Experience within the property sector is essential
- Commercial astute and the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders
- Strong academic attainment: 2.1 from reputable university and strong A-Level results
