CRP Subsea is looking for a Test Technician to support with the day-to-day testing and development of its products.

**What will you do as a Test Technician?**
- Ensure strict compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) with reference to H&S and Quality.
- Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner whilst adhering to health and safety legislation at all times.
- Perform a range of activities associated with the preparation of material testing, completion and inspection of tested product.
- Respond effectively to fluctuations in the planned and amended test schedule.
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment in accordance with relevant Preventive Maintenance documentation.
- Ensure that housekeeping in the Product Test Areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Participate in developing product testing activities e.g. working practices, equipment specifications, improvements in productivity and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement.

**What are we looking for in a Test Technician?**
- Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Strong teamworking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service both internally and externally.
- Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in offsite locations and partake in appropriate BOSIET training as and when appropriate.
- Proven track record within a fast pace, demanding manufacturing environment
- Involvement in change initiatives and projects with a view to continual improvement

**Pay & Benefits**
