They are looking foranambitiousNQ-3 PQE Commercial Propertysolicitor.**
This firm acts forprivate or corporate land owners, property developers and builders; dealing with the legal and financial aspects of building, buying, selling, leasing or sub-letting of shops, offices, industrial and commercial premises. The team are verywell respected, and many of the solicitors working there have come from City practices.
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with demonstrable experience of running your own Commercial Property caseload appropriate to your level of experience. This will include acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant and sales & development work.
Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an excellent benefits package. The position is commutable from Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford and Maidstone.
