Our Client based in Bradley Stoke is currently recruiting for a Stock Coordinator/Runner to carry out the following:
To support the shift in achieving the required and planned daily throughput ensuring all products produced meet agreed standards following company procedures and best practice. By aiding production through providing support to operational staff, ensuring that each operator has consumables delivered to and completed work collected from their area. Scanning and assigning completed work to the correct mailing collection. To ensure that the factory floor is kept clean and tidy at all times by removing excess material, consumables and stocks.

**Shift pattern**:
Monday-Friday, rotating shift 6-2 2-10

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Report any Health and Safety matters immediately to Management and follow SSOW
- To comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and their associated policies.
- Work with Short Run Manager and Coordinators to maintain a steady stream of materials to ensure the smooth running of production.
- Control the stock requited on the floor
- Ensure that consumables are being dispersed as required and not overloaded.
- Controlling and ordering stock from warehouse and distribute it to the designated areas.
- Scan out all finished products using the in house computer tracking platform known as “Job Tracking” ensuring the finished products are scanned out to the correct mail providers and allocated to the correct magnum/trolley
- Keep paper/ cardboard waste bins monitored and emptied as required.
- To keep the production area clean and tidy at all times by clearing away any unused consumables, pallets, wastes, and debris. and comply with health and safety regulations
- To be pro-active at all times within your team to help maximise productivity
- To attend and comply with all training.
- To highlight to your line manager any personal training requirements
- To assist in the training and development of new staff as required
- To positively perform any other duties, as may be required from time to time.
- Any other reasonable responsibility given to you by your manager
