Tea Room Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen to join our food and beverage team as tearoom supervisor, with the responsibility of ensuring great service to the customers of our tearoom, outdoor dining area and takeaway food bar.

This is a full - time position working 5 days a week, one of which must be a Saturday but having every Sunday and one other weekday off.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for outstanding service.

Has experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy tearoom & takeaway including staff recruitment and training.

Is hardworking

Has a love for good food

Has great communication skills

Pays great attention to detail

Is quick to learn about our business

Can suggest new ideas for improvement

Is a team player and enjoys working in a team

Has a can do attitude

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
