**Duration**: Permanent, full-time

This role within will focus on leading the offshore wind engineering consultancy team in delivering feasibility, concept design, FEED, and owners' engineering for offshore wind farms. You'll collaborate closely with our environmental, coastal processes, maritime ports, and simulation modelling consultants to provide optimized planning and design development advisory services for our clients.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Managing client relationships
- Identifying opportunities, participating in tender processes, and securing projects
- Leading project delivery and project management
- Nurturing team development
- Mentoring and overseeing staff
- Recruiting talent from your network and fostering their development
- Expanding our service offerings in the UK and internationally
