**The role**

This is a part time FTC role for 6months (25 Hours Per Week)

Following the recent merger between Legacy Optivo and Legacy Southern Housing Group to create the newly form Housing Southern Housing we are currently seeking a Digital Inclusion Assistant to provide administration support to specific projects, programmes, and areas of work.

Within this position you will be working closely with the _Digital & Financial Inclusion Enabling Manager to ensure delivery of projects by building relationships within the various designated teams within and outside of the organisation is key as this will assist you in project delivery and meeting expectations._
- You will also be providing basic clerical support which include _typing, data input, photocopying, filing, scanning and telephone calls.

**What you'll have**
- Basic understanding of project management
- Knowledge of customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- An understanding of the teaM/Function’s work and relevance to the successful operation of a business
- Willingness to learn and develop understanding of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods.
- Willingness to learn data entry skills, and use project specific systems
