Trainee Tile Installation

We are a family business with tile stores in Harrogate and Skipton areas. Due to increased demand for installation we are looking for a new trainee tiler to join our team.

You will be supplied with all training required by very skilled and experienced tilers. This will be on the job paid training working alongside a professional tiler (not an apprenticeship) and as such a level of professionalism, reliability and willingness to put your best foot forward will be required.

We supply highest quality Italian tiles for our customers projects and the level of finish has to be the very highest standard.

The aim is to train you to be able to complete your own projects from start to finish within a few years, with technical help and support always available.

In our industry, which is to say the finishing of high end projects, the more effort you put in and the more pride and interest you take with your work, the more opportunity there will be to increase your productivity and earnings.

There will be a pay increase after the 1 st year to be negotiated depending on skill level, commitment and performance achieved.

We are a very friendly team who help each other and expect professionalism and commitment toward each other and our customers projects.

You will need a full clean driving license and ability to commute. In the 2nd year you will be provided with a work vehicle.
