Town and Country Care's 10 bed Respite & Residential Centre is looking for a part-time cook to help in our kitchen on weekends, plus help cover when our Head Chef is on annual leave.

The Care Home currently has 7 full-time residents, with another 3 rooms close to being finished, taking it to a total of 10 residents.

The role will involve:

- Preparing lunch for everyone, plating up and serving to the lounge table.
- Preparing a light tea that can be left for the Carers to serve at tea-time.
- Working to Food Hygiene standards to help maintain the 5 star rating.
- Assist to clear the tables and load the dishwasher after the meal.
- Working with our Head Chef to create and implement the weekly menus, which include choices for each resident.
- Cover any weekday hours when the Head Chef is on annual leave.

Lunch is served at 12pm each day. Working hours will be 9am until 2pm on a Saturday and Sunday.

**Salary**: £10.60-£11.60 per hour
