Video Editor

**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team and growing marketing team. This new role will play a crucial part in creating compelling short-form and hero content that resonates with our audience and communicates our brand's message effectively. You will collaborate closely with our Head of marketing to produce visually stunning videos that promote health, wellness, and lifestyle content across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities and tasks**
- Shoot short and long-form content for website, Social Media and partner sites.
- Take ownership of ideation and sketch out creations
- Communicate all design work on the internal Asana task board
- Ensure videos meet the marketing team’s specifications and guidelines
- Implement creative notes from stakeholders
- Evaluate projects for brand authenticity
- Create motion graphics to sit on Amazon, Social Media and other video-based platforms

**Desirable**
- High proficiency with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and others
- Capacity to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand briefs
- Excellent storytelling skills - we want to bridge the gap between marketing strategies and creative strategies using video
- Ability to time-manage their own schedule
- Knowledge of basic static editing principles

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of aspect ratios
- Understanding of video encoding formats
- Talent for sound and colour correction

**A plus**
- Owns their own video/camera equipment
- Interest in photography

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
