Foh Server

Overview:
We are currently seeking a breakfast Server to join our team at crowne plaza royal victoris. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and be part of a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £7.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
