**Job Title: Brand Ambassador (Zero Hour Contract)**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our pool of Brand Ambassadors on a zero-hour contract basis. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be called upon at short notice to support various events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees. Responsibilities include directing people around the venue, managing coat check, and answering event-related queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Event Support:

- Be available on short notice to assist with events as part of a flexible team.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the event coordinator and team members.

2. Guest Services:

- Direct attendees to various areas within the venue.
- Manage coat check efficiently and professionally.
- Answer event-related questions and provide information with a positive and helpful attitude.

3. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other Brand Ambassadors to ensure smooth event operations.
- Follow instructions from the event coordinator and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

**Qualifications**:

- No specific qualifications required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Requirements**:

- Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to adapt to various event requirements at short notice.
- Professional and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.

**Contract Details**:

- Contract Type: Zero Hour Contract
- Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
- Payment for hours worked during events.
