An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen within the Patient Flow Management team for a Band 2, Health Care Assistant various position's for Minor Injuries Unit.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out routine personal care/assist with routine examination duties for patients, in support of (and supervised
by), a registered nurse/clinician. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy. The post holder will require to have knowledge of personal care and related procedures or previous volunteer or work experience in a health, education or social environment. Required to undertake on the job training and induction undertake mandatory HCSW standards with the ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team and have a working knowledge of basic information technology.
