**About the role**

Ideally, you’ll have customer service experience preferably in a hospitality setting however all relevant experience will be considered. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will shine as you assist guests in planning their perfect holiday. The ability to sell is a must, and you’ll enjoy working to exceed sales targets. You'll be an effective communicator and able to demonstrate a passion for high levels of customer service and attention to detail. You’ll have good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.

Acting as a brand ambassador at all times, you’ll be filled with enthusiasm for creating memories for guests that will stay with them for a lifetime.
