We are on the lookout for 2 enthusiastic individuals with a dedicated 'can do' attitude and a naturally caring nature to work in an energetic and innovative company leading a team of fantastic community carers and supporting individuals in the community throughout North Nottinghamshire.
As a Care Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of community carers and ensuring that we are delivering an excellent quality of care at all times.
Including conducting spot checks, supervisions, completing rotas, supporting our Registered Manager, Recruiting and inducting new starters whilst working with our in house Training Manager and completing all relevant paperwork.
You will also be supporting individuals to lead person-centred independent lives by assisting with personal care, medication, housekeeping and meal prep in their own homes or care setting to name a few of the tasks whilst delivering quality services at all times when required.

We offer a full time salaried role with added benefits Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday but may differ to accommodate the businesses needs. You will be comfortable developing excellent relationships with our clients, your care team, office staff and the relevant multi-agency teams and professionals involved in our care delivery. You may be required to work occasional weekends to support the service.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in the care sector as a Senior Carer or Coordinator, NVQ 3 (or working towards) and will need to have a 'can do' attitude, a willingness to learn, be conscientious and reliable. You will need to have proven experience with rota's and a strong problem solving ability with a calm disposition.
A Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes is essential.
You will be provided with full training through our in-house accredited training academy delivered by our team of Registered Nurses. You will gain access to complete higher education courses in Health & Social Care including Access to Nursing if this interests you whilst being given support throughout your role.
