**Main Purpose of the Role**
Responsible for existing and new business sales and marketing activities with the overall purpose of achieving agreed sales objectives for fleet customers operating 20+ vehicles. To develop and grow strong business relationships with all customers, prospects and partners to secure both new and repeat business while maximising customer satisfaction.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- To manage and record all leads and sales opportunities within a defined sales channel / territory within the agreed timeframes using our CRM system
- To develop sales opportunities that result in the growth of leads, number of customers as well as the potential to grow the fleet size to achieve objectives, KPIs and sales targets set in quarterly reviews.
- Generate new business through a mixture of client visits, networking and referrals.
- To manage the tender process including developing and delivering proposals with associated costings to clients as well as designing and delivering client presentations.
- To provide accurate and timely sales forecasts for monthly and quarterly analysis for the Line Manager
- Drive new business together with maintaining and developing existing client relationships to grow revenue from these accounts.
- Organise and manage own diary and workload for maximum efficiency and output.
- Effectively use a range of data sources including social media, internal and external databases and CRM system to qualify potential business opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets and profits are met through effective management and deployment of resources through continuous monitoring and review of prospects and accounts.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA as well as other relevant legislative requirements for the business.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Provide feedback and insight from prospects and customers to help drive continuous improvement across the business.

- Strong numeracy and analytical skills particularly in relation to marketing and sales data.

- Articulate in all forms of communication and able to adapt style to each situation or audience.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.

**Knowledge and Experience Required**
- Leasing company or similar fleet sales environment.
- Thorough knowledge of the fleet sales market.
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques.
- Electric Vehicle experience desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge of pricing structures.
**Qualifications Required**
- A minimum of grade A to C in maths and English GCSE or equivalent
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Degree or equivalent qualification
