**Videographer & Video Editor**
**Full time, permanent - Birmingham and hybrid**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Film both indoor and outdoor projects, events, and meetings.
- Photography and editing skills
- Ensure high-quality audio recording and expertise in audio equipment for clear sound capture
- Collaborate with event organisers and clients to understand their video requirements
- Edit and post-produce videos to a professional and high-quality standard
- Manage and prioritise multiple video projects simultaneously
- Maintain organised video assets and archives
- Occasional assistance with other event-related tasks and general business operations
- Bring fresh ideas for video content and strategies to enhance our business's growth

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality video work
- Proficiency with video recording equipment, software, and editing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent time management and project prioritisation skills
- Creative mindset with a knack for innovative content creation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to occasionally assist with various tasks related to events and business operations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed

**What you’ll receive in return**
- Salary £20,000.00 - £25,000.00 dependant on experience
- 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays
