Meat and Wine Company Mayfair requires a full time experienced waiter to join our team. Must have previous full service dinning experience in a high end establishment. Must have the right to work in the UK and able to commute to London

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items and beverages to increase revenue
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs throughout their dining experience
- Prepare tables for new guests, including setting up silverware, napkins, and condiments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety guidelines is desirable
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift trays of food or drink.

**Salary**: £14.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
