Estimator - Roofing - Rainham (Essex based)

My client is one of the UK’s leading commercial waterproofing and roofing contractors based in Essex.

They are approved contractors for most of the leading membrane manufacturers and suppliers in the UK. They combine the use of the best products with their own qualified and trained applicators to ensure the best possible solution to their customers needs. They have built strong working relationships with their clients and manufacturers and offer a design, specification and estimating service on projects ranging in value from £5k to £5m.

**Role Objectives**:

- Manage tenders from initial inquiry through to submission.
- Support Project Management through delivery.
- Develop product and service knowledge to represent the company to the highest of standards.
- Working closely with Contracts, Commercial and Office departments throughout.
- Build and maintain new and existing customer and supplier relationships.

**Key Skills**:

- Organised, self-motivated, methodical with attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have high technological skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of negotiating and securing contracts are essential.
- Must be competent.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
