That’s why we are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Report Administrator to work in Physiotherapy with a passion for attention to detail.

As a Clinical Report Administrator, you’ll be part of the clinical governance report checking function to ensure our patients receive appropriate level of treatment across our Physiotherapy Network. Working across a mixture of reports to include treatment sessions, service level agreements and terms and conditions, you will check that the reports are completed in line with operational standards, contractual agreements, and service level agreements. Where required, you will escalate clinical queries relating to reports to our Physiotherapy Governance Leads.

Using your excellent communication and analytical skills, you will:
Ensure a smooth customer journey

Support physiotherapists learning regarding report completion to improve their efficiency

Support compliance against contractual arrangements

Build constructive relationships with NH Physiotherapists and 3rd party clinics (and their physiotherapists)

Bring your knowledge of working in a customer experience environment where you will have dealt with customer complaints.

Experience working with a number of IT systems.

The role is part time and has the ability to work flexibly as part of the wider team.
